abandoned account

A few years ago I opened an account with the url http://www.all-votes-count.org. The reason for having the account disappeared and I did not do anything with it. I noticed that we are being billed for it on our joint Citibank credit card but we can’t figure out how to either access it or cancel it since the credentials are long gone as is the email account that it was tied to. We have the url and this entry in our credit card bill…..

This is a public forum. Please do not post sensitive transactional or account information here, as anyone with access to the internet can see it.
Please take the unique code that appears after “WORDPRESS” on your statement, and type that in the Transaction ID field in our account recovery form. Then we can help you regain access to the correct account.
