About an unauthorized payment from my card

  Hello WordPress support team,

  I have no work with WordPress, I didn’t even have an account before today. But someone used my card to pay this to wordpress. I want to know what steps I can take to resolve this and how can I get my money back that I didn’t permit. I have also attached a screenshot of the transaction. Please get back to me via email.

  I am so sorry to hear that an unauthorized charge has appeared on your card. Because this involves fraudulent activity and sensitive billing data, it cannot be processed publicly over the community forums. I have flagged this thread directly for Staff / Billing Team so they can safely contact you via email. When they reach out, the unique transaction reference code shown on your statement (XB7QLJ965) will allow them to instantly track down the unauthorized account and initiate a refund. In the meantime, please contact your bank immediately to report the card as compromised and prevent any further fraudulent transactions!
