About disabling two-step authentication

  Hello WordPress !
  I have just bricked my phone, and I installed a new ROM for my phone. And the result is, I lost all my data, including the Google Authentication app, which I used to verify my WP account.
  I still have access to my phone number, and I can still log in to my account using recovery code. But when I try disabling 2-step verification, it said ‘The code have been sent to my phone’, but I did not see any message. So please help me with the case, thanks !

  Which account are you trying to get signed in to? Please share the username here. Then we can send you an email and proceed.

  Hi ! My username is “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” and my email I use to recorver my account is “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”. I still have access to both of the emails.

  I have sent a single authorization code to the email associated with the account so that you can temporarily disable two-step authorization and regain access to your account.

  I have successfully removed two-step authentication and now I can access to my account again.
