About doonpc.com server

  To Whom May It Concern,

  I am an user of doonpc.com.
  But that server have error (403 Forbidden) since last Saturday (Feb 6,2021).
  I think doonpc.com does not have FTP plugin.
  So, I cannot do anything to recover server.

  Could you give me some guide or help to solve this problem?

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with canspace.ca.
