  wordpress.com had banned by GFW, I want to know if I upgrade the plan and using my domain , it will be OK ?

  ecidea.wordpress.com has been deleted so are you looking to create a new site and upgrade that instead?

  In answer to your question about GFW — we have no control over the blocks imposed by the Chinese Government. Upgrading your site and purchasing a custom domain won’t make a difference to any blocks that are in place I’m afraid.
