  i created my site and payed but now i can’t access to my site i don’t know why. They say the name doesn’t exist.

  What is the site URL? There is no sites or upgrades under the account you are contacting us from. Have you tried logging out of this account and logging into the account that the upgrade are connected to?

  You can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for.

  hi,
  so, i received the link to complete the sign up for new domain procedure but i could not complete it. Now it is showing that they suspended my domain name. I was wondering if i never used it, did they still charge me? if yes, can you help me recover my domain name and account.
  The domain name that i was given is the following;

  Domain Name: laureinzashop.com
  My Email for the account: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I was able to find the domain and it is active and working properly. However, that domain is not under the account you are contacting us from, and the email you provided is not the email connected to the account.

  Did you try filling in your payment info at http://wpchrg.com? You may be able to retrieve that information from there.
