  Your site is very new. It can take Google weeks to months to index new sites, they absolutely cannot index the entire internet in real-time.

  Sir still not done. Also now I have verified for html meta tag. Please suggest.

  It has been five days.

  As staff-blorbo said above, it can take weeks for a new site to start appearing in search results.

  Focus on publishing new, original content on your site, and search engines will index it, but it will take time so you have to be patient.
