about paid plan domain names

    I need to know if I have purchased a paid plan and whether my domain name will include wordpress. For example, my domain name is derutu.com. Will my domain name be derutu.wordpress.com?

    Hi there,

    All WordPress.com sites start out with an example.wordpress.com address.

    When you buy a paid plan, you can replace that address with a custom domain instead, so the WordPress.com address is no longer visible to your site’s visitors.
