  I don’t see any evidence on the blog of you having purchased an annually renewable custom design upgrade?

  Hi, you can set colors for text from within the page and post editor. For more information on that, see here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#text-color

  You can also do it by switching to the text tab in the editor with HTML and inline CSS as explained here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/styling-individual-posts-and-pages/#changing-the-default-font-size-and-color
