This platform is not made for beginners because everything is after the upgrade. Your platform should at least make it free to install an third party theme for free and in post the video option should be free because these are the basic for an site on any platform unlike this platform blogger is way better for beginners because these features are free of cost. I think i have to search for another platform because i am at the wrong platform .

If cost is an issue you may wish to consider starting a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.
Because we are a managed host we do not offer the option to add plugins unless you upgrade to our Business Plan, but if you create a self-hosted site you would be able to upload plugins or themes by default.
The downside is that traditional hosts don’t usually manage site security, backups, server configuration, software updates, and in-house support the same way that we do. So you may need to take care of those yourself in exchange for the ability to upload plugins and themes but it would be lower cost.
