  Sir I have already a custom domain ,
  But I am unable to link my domain with my wordpress site .

  Hi there,

  If you already have a custom-domain name then you can map it using “Domin-Mapping” feature which is only available through one of the WordPress.com upgrade Plans listed here.
  So, you need to upgrade with plans in order to use custom-domain.

  As @vishalmukadam mentioned, an existing domain can be connected to WordPress.com with domain mapping. Domain mapping is a feature of paid plan so you will need to upgrade and then follow these steps:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
