About wordpress themes

I am thinking to create my website. I have purchased a theme from themeforest and wanted to use it here. Is it only available on a business plan that I can use the third party theme? Also, I want to use a plug-in for an online booking. Is this also available only on a business plan? I am thinking to purchase a personal one but if those features are only for business plan, I need to think about it.

Yes external themes and plugins cannot be used on the majority of WordPress.com sites. Only the Business plan gives that functionality. As you’ve already purchased a theme perhaps you might need to investigate getting hosting elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software.
