abusive people suscribed

  Hi there, I’ve been getting abusive emails from the same i.p. adress 201.143.96.59 but different email accounts. everytime I post something, this idiot will post a stupid comment with different names, claiming to have sent me money for whatever reason and I not followed through. two questions : 1- how can I unsuscribe this tool from my site?
  2- anybody know what I can do to stop this jerk?

  Sadly, we can no longer remove subscribers. You will have to request this from Staff directly, but of course, there’s nothing stopping this person from subscribing again.

  As far as stopping this person from commenting, if this person is posting from the same IP every time, you can add them to the always moderate queue in your Discussion settings following the instructions here.

  Set your site for full moderation of comments. You will then have to go through the comments and approve all of them before they appear, but you won’t have to worry about them sneaking though.

  Find out who adminsters his IP address and send them a polite email explaining what happened, saying you wished to alert them in case he was a scammer trying to get money out of people online.They will have staff look at his online activity and could well suspend his internet access if he is indeed abusive or criminal.
