Abusive site supported by WordPress
-
I have evidence that a notorious abusive website ‘The Dirty Phonebook’ is receiving support and services from WordPress, but this is not recognized by WordPress’s abuse reporting tool. Here is a link proving a connection to WordPress:

This website has willfully taken part in harassment against me by hosting and refusing to remove webspam and violent hate speech by Richard Morton Scoville, an extortionist and negative SEO manipulator obsessed with posting potentially pornographic fantasies about persons he has never met being sex offenders and having sex with children. He fills these posts with personal information, explicitly sexual and degrading comments about family members and minor children, and irrelevant or fabricated links included solely to cause his content to dominate search results for his victims’ names, all of which would easily qualify as criminal harassment even if his accusations were in any way proven or substantiated. He has further harassed me by portraying me as a ‘school shooter’ because of my self-disclosed disorder of Asperger’s Syndrome. Here is a full list of his abusive posts on thedirtyphonebook.com:

Hi there,
WordPress.com has no relationship to thedirtyphonebook.com – that domain is not registered with us, and the site is not hosted with us, and we have no control over or access to it whatsoever.
That site is built using the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org. That software is free for anyone to download and use as they want, and the community at WordPress.org also has no control over this site, just like Microsoft has no control over what people write with the MS Word software that they have installed on their computers.
If you have a complaint about that site, the only people who might be able to do something is their hosting provider, but that will depend on that hosting provider’s terms and conditions, and whether or not they consider the site to be in violation of those. That domain appears to be registered with GoDaddy.com, but they’re routing their DNS through CloudFlare.com, so it’s impossible to tell who is actually hosting that site. Those two companies are your best bet for help with this, though, so try contacting them.
