    When someone requests access how can I view their profile first? Thanks

    Hi there,

    There is not a direct way to see the profile of someone requesting access… for that reason we recommend you only grant access to people that you know and trust.

    However, when you create an account on WordPress.com, there is a public profile page created at gravatar.com. If the person reqesting to view your site has filled out any account info (which is not always the case) it will appear in their Gravatar profile at this address: https://en.gravatar.com/username

    Just change “username” to the username of the person asking to view your site. For example my username is ‘jerrysarcastic’ so my public Gravatar profile is visible at https://en.gravatar.com/jerrysarcastic
