Access account associated with email that no longer exists

  I’d like to get into an old account associated with my university email address, but I’ve lost the password and the email address no longer exists. I don’t have any of the items required by the Account Recovery form, but I do have a copy of a blog creation confirmation email for one of the associated blogs. Can this help me regain access to the account? If not, what’s the best way to proceed?
