Access Deleted Posts

  Hi,
  I was wondering if there is any archive of my data and blogs posted on wordpress, actually I want to access my blogs which I deleted 1 year back.
  If there is anyway I can access them or those can be retrieved, please let me know.

  Deleted posts and pages are purged from trash after 30 days. Or in short: thete is nothing ledt after 1 year.
