Access my site with default domain again

    Hi all,

    I have a client who’s A record was changed to a new website using WordPress.org on their own server. They need to access their old content on WordPress.com. They can’t log in or anything since the rerouting of traffic. How can we access their website with a default domain clientname.wordpress.com?

    Is this possible? It should be since they started the process with this default name. Help.

    Hi Leyden, they should be able to log in at WordPress.com. From there, they can export, or if you need to view the site too, head to Domains and choose to make the .wordpress.com address primary.
