  Hi there,

  The only site I see under your @rjgreenblog WordPress.com account when I check on our end is this site you seem to have not accessed in over a year: rjgreenblog.wordpress.com

  That site is using the current version of WordPress however, so that does not sound like the site you are having trouble with.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
