Access Old Unknown Account to Cancel

  I got charged another annual fee for an account I haven’t used in years that is probably connected to an old university email I don’t have access to and I don’t know the domain name. I have the transaction ID but cannot submit the account recovery form without the domain name. I need help cancelling this account so I am not charged another annual fee again.
