Access Premium Theme Forums?
-
I have purchased a premium WordPress theme (Luscious), yet I’m unable to post in that theme’s support forum. How do I do this? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that purchased the Premium theme for the blog.

Hello there,
Your theme is a premium theme and read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme. http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/lusciousIf you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.
See > Premium Theme Support http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/#premium-theme-support -
So I guess I won’t be able to access the forums at all because I purchases the theme directly from the company that offers it, not through WordPress. There’s no way WP would have the login information I created on that other site.
Thanks for your help.

http://passionfruitcreativegroup.com/ is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Note that we do not provide support here at WordPress.COM for any installs of WordPress.ORG software. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. Contact the theme designer directly.
NOTE: If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I understand the difference between WP.com and WP.org. I just wasn’t aware you could install premium themes on WP.com. Seems odd that anyone would pay for a premium theme to put on WP.com. Thanks for the clarification!

I have experience with both WordPress.com blogging and WordPress, org blogging. There are many benefits that come with being a free hosted WordPress.com blogging.
You’re welcome. :)
Perhaps you have a skewed notion of WordPress.com blogging and suffer under the impression that self hosted installs have better SEO when they don’t. LOL :D. Or perhaps you have failed to notice the legions of spammers that choose to have self hosted WordPress.ORG installs and don’t know what gets WordPress.com blogs suspended:

Skewed and suffering? Ok, thanks again for your help, but not for the smartass remarks. Have a nice day.
