Access to Account

    Hi there,
    I have moved one website from the website host to another and I’m unable to access the data I have been working on with you guys.
    The link I usually use to access the posts: http://israelvision.com/wp-login.php?
    now doesn’t seem to work.
    Luckily, I have another website that I manage through you and I was able to see my old posts through there but still cannot access and read or retrieve them.
    Please let me know how I can get back and access my posts.

    Hi there,

    That site is not even using the WordPress software. It’s hosted by GoDaddy and it’s built using the GoDaddy Website Builder. You need to contact GoDaddy and figure out what exactly is going on.

    Please note that the forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site might was using. You can learn more about these differences here:
