Access to another site

  Hi, I have a WordPress account which I am trying to use to collaborate with a different site on. I have been told that I have been given login credentials and that an email has been sent to me but I’ve received neither. Is this a problem with WordPress or with my collaborator? I’ve looked for the sites I should have access to on my account but don’t see the one I was meant to have access to.
