I have recovered my expired domain name and paid for it with TSO host but can i recover my lost content in wordpress?

We can’t help you as your sites wasn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. If TSO nor you have a proper backup, you’ll have to start all over again.

If the site ws not hosted with WordPress.com, then there is nothing we can do to help you.
Your best bet will be to contact your site’s web host and inquire if they have saved a backup on their servers.
