Access to Domain I Purchased

    I purchased a domain in July 2018 to hold the site name until I was ready to create the official website. I was charged for the domain and I checked the domain after validating it back at the end of July and the site has the holding place ‘Something Awesome is Coming’ posted there. I have finally got around to setting up my website for the domain, but it is with a different server and I want to change the nameserver settings, but cannot locate them when I log in using the account I used to purchase the domain nor does it show that I have the domain. How do I proceed and is there way to speak with a live person in customer service in WordPress?

    This account is only 1 hour old so it cannot be connected to a site you created in July 2018. Make sure you are logged in with the account that is connected to your site.
