Access to edit php file of wordpress designed site

    How to get the credential codes back after adding plug ins and functions to my website. Needed to edit and republish site designed on wordpress php custom file. Previous designer will not provide the codes.

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host youownhealth.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (GoDaddy) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.

    Specifically, to access the source code of your site, you need to be able to log in to the GoDaddy servers directly. We are not connected with that company (we are both providers of WordPress.com sites, but not related to one another) so to make your changes you may need to contact GoDaddy for assistance with accessing the server for your site.
