  Please don’t post login credentials in a public forum where anyone can see it. You should not even give those details privately to support, and our support will never ask you for login details.

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  The username account you’re using to post here is only two weeks old, and doesn’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  If you’re trying to access a WordPress site at another hosting provider, please contact them directly for help.
