Access to my old blog

hello,
in about 2012, i start a blog with wordpress, i make it on aliezka.wordpress.com with my old email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). i usually use that account to blog from my browser. so i save the account username and password on the browser.
but then suddenly, about in the middle of 2018, i can no longer access it, the password was changed. i don’t know why it changed, but when i want to recover my password with some method that wordpress provide. it requires me to access to my old email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), and found out that my email was deactivated due inactivity.
if it still possible, please let me the things that i should do to gain the access to my old blog without that email address.

thanks for your reply. i already see the form, and i cant provide any proof of ownership.
i never done any transaction on wordpress, my activation URL is on my deactivated email, and i dont think i ever setup two factor authentication code. even if i ever, i also lost my old phone, so i can not check it. ill try to contact the email.
