Access to server log

  Dear WordPress support,

  I’m contacting you following the request of one of my colleagues who want to have access to our server logs.

  My understanding is that these accesses are unavailable with a free WordPress version.

  Could you please confirm this information? Otherwise, let me know how we can access such information?

  Hi,

  Thank you for your quick reply.

  I don’t have any specific URL in mind.

  I just would like to know who downloaded some files such as our program: https://apenetwork.files.wordpress.com/2020/09/ape2020-conference-schedule-2.pdf

  I have access to a csv file generated by JetPack in my back office but it does not seem to reflect the “entire” activity/traffic of the website.

  I was assuming that access to more details from the server was restricted to Business Plans and not available for our free WordPress version.

  Could you please confirm this assumption or let me know how to access this information?

  This can be found via Stats > Downloads, as seen here: https://wordpress.com/support/stats/#file-downloads
