Access to site is blocked by ‘Password’ form

  When I try to access my site (any page or even the wp-admin), I am met with the text: ‘Password’ followed by a text field and a button with ‘>>’ as the text. Submitting to the password field doesn’t seem to do anything. This happened out of nowhere, I hadn’t touched the site in a few days. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.
