Access to update PHP nd get “Restrict Content” license key

    I am the owner of http://www.vocalmusicevolution.com and I am now taking over admin. And need to fully complete the updates on my site, specifically, PHP and and also need the license key code for “Restrict Content”. How do I get this information along with making sure everything is now under my name, email, phone number, etc., that pertains to two-step authentication codes or anything else?
