Access to upgrade to Ecommerce

    I am attempting to upgrade the website for bbbfitclub.com but I am unable to due to access. We have access to the website but not the admin console…?

    Thank you.

    The site I need help with is Bbbfitclub.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hi there,

    The site bbbfitclub.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and GoDaddy also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

    However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through GoDaddy, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site.     You can ask GoDaddy support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
