access to websit – forgotten details

    HI
    I’m having a nightmare with WordPress access to my website.
    I want to change the template as its so slow and clunky.
    We’ve recently moved house and as a result of moving to a private road no longer have access to Virgin Media (no cabling is laid in our road).
    As a result of this Virgin Media suspended my email account that was provided through them!!! I can no longer access emails sent to me at this address.
    This was my contact email for everything.
    In addition my PC died and I have purchased another one. I cannot remember my website password or indeed the Lunar Pages password for my domain name. These were saved automatically into my old PC so I over-relied on them for access .Not a mistake Ill be making again.
    I do have all the financial data relating to payments etc so can prove who I am but cant currently access my site to update it.

    Can anyone help?
