My account’s 2FA SMS is locked to a number I don’t own ending in 99, and the account recovery form loops me back to that same number every time

I am stuck in a loop, Account Recovery as me complete a Lost Password form that asks me to sign in with the 99 number yest have confirmation that the SMS number was added but the account associated to this URL keeps reverting back to the old phone number
Please help me regain access and update the 2FA for good. Thanks

Since the site is hosted with GoDaddy, we don’t have access to the hosting account, WordPress installation, or the 2FA settings. GoDaddy will need to help you recover access to the associated account and, once you’re back in, regain access to the site and update the 2FA settings.
