accessing and editing existing blog

  I have an existing blog. I think (not sure) it’s still active, but I haven’t added to it in almost 10 years. #1 – Can you tell me if it is still active? #2 – Can you tell me how I can get in as administrator so that I can start blogging again? Thank you.
