  We bloggers cannot access the database here at WordPress.com. We cannot insert any code at all into the <header>. So, exactly why are you asking this?

  You don’t have database-level access to a WordPress.com blog.

  No purchasing a domain changes nothing but the URL. For database access you need to hire web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up a WordPress.ORG install.
