Accessing Domain

  Hello!
  I am a librarian at a school; our district was using a WordPress site as a resource for students/parents, and to access the library sites across the district. Recently it has said there is an issue with the domain and won’t display the site. The former librarian had the login information and we would like the site to be up and running again, but I’m not sure how to reach customer support to get it transferred over, or if I have to start from scratch. Any help would be appreciated!
