Accessing full Dashboard

    Hello

    I have a problem with my previous developer who transferred my site back to me sometime ago, yet has categorically refused to get involved with giving me a complete wordpress developer’s dashboard for further development work.

    At the moment I can only change very basic stuff, but I am unable to develop due to lacking full development tools.

    How do I go about accessing full dashboard? Or I’m I in my full right to making this a police matter?. Otherwise could you help me access full development dashboard ?
