accessing my blog

  My daughter has a blog that when you type in her address: http://thesouthisgreektome.wordpress.com
  it goes directly to her blog.
  When I type in my blog address:
  http://morningbymorningmusings.wordpress.com
  I don’t get sent to directly to my blog. I have to go to wordpress.com and sign in to get access, but then, only the page I am following shows up first, I have to work around everything to get to MY site.
  WHAT IS WRONG???????

  I suspect this is an issue that will be solved by clearing your browser cookies and cache.

  As a test, what happens if you visit http://morningbymorningmusings.wordpress.com using a different browser?

  Thank you for responding. When I click on the link to my site from Safari, it works fine. When I try to click on it with Internet Explorer, it doesn’t. I will attempt to clear the cookies and cache from Internet Explorer and see if that helps.
  What do you think about when I sign on to wordpress and the first thing that pops up is the “Reader” page … is there a way to make the first thing that pops up, my site?

  Internet Explorer isn’t enough detail for us. What is the version number please? Versions under IE9 are not supported. If necessary check here http://www.whatbrowser.org/

  Also if you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

  If you sign in from WordPress.com, the first page to appear will always be the reader. If you sign in from, for example, your site’s dashboard (https://morningbymorningmusings.wordpress.com/wp-admin/), you should be sent to your site’s Dashboard as the first page.
