  Why does WordPress avoid any contact with their customers? If they are not avoiding their customers, where is their customer support number, chat, or email???

  If you have a paid plan, you are entitled to live chat and email support. Otherwise these public forums give support.

  It seems your site is not on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=lorenbyers.com, but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  HUMMMmmm, I sure do pay a lot for not being able to even get to the site to make changes. WordPress says I don’t have a site, however, just enter the url and there it is.
