accessing my wordpress site and renewals

  Haven’t accessed my site in ages, now when I try to, it says I have no wordpress site. I have been sent lots of renewal notices too – but no idea how to pay when my account seems void. Any suggestions? Is there an actual Help Desk? Thanks
