Accessing wordpress admin site that that the email login started a new account

  The owner account of my site shows as an account I’m not able to log into. For some reason the email that was associated with that account logs into a new acccount that does show the site. How do I find the email of the user of the account. I have access with a different admin account but it’s not the owner.
