Accessing wordpress post domain transfer

  Hi! I’m helping a customer transfer her site to one.com. I need to access her WordPress-site but I cannot get access. What can I do?

  So in essence I can’t go in via xxxx.com/wp-admin because we did the domain change already. I can’t access it via wordpress.com or wordpress.org because it says that there is no user registered. What can I do?
