  This account was meant to be transferred to my username and it looks like we might made an error with that. As the site is mostly a sales site, it has operated as is for the last year without issue. We are trying to fix the site so I have full access. Let me know what can be done.

  About a year ago, the ownership was meant to be transferred to me. We may have made an error in the transfer or simply forgotten the login and/or password. The site has basically operated on ECWID exclusively for the last year.

  Instead your host (Siteground) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. In cases like this you would want to reach out to your host directly for assistance with this transfer.
