  Hi there,

  I can confirm you have cancelled the upgrades you had on your account previously, and issued a refund for your original purchase amounts.

  You can expect to see the funds in your account in the next 7-10 business days, and can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Because a refund has already been processed in both cases, I am not able to re-instate any of the cancelled upgrades. However, if you wish you can simply purchase the upgrade you need again here: https://wordpress.com/plans/coffeobsessedteaching.wordpress.com
