Accidental removal of the domain site?

I purchased a domain registration of – ‘www.yannickboulangerphotography.com’ a few moments ago but had no idea the domain of http://www.yannickboulangerphotography.wordpress.com was related to the domain name until after i deleted the site. Please let me know if this removal affects my domain registration?
