Accidentally Cancelled Domain

    I decided to use godaddy as my website builder since I was struggling with wordpress, so I refunded my plan and domain as I had only bought them a few hours before, I now understand I should not have cancelled the domain since I want to use it for godaddy, is there any way I can purchase the domain through you guys again, I really would like to keep the domain ‘canvasautodetailing.com’ if possible, Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hi @canvasautodetailing , when you cancel a new domain, it will go into holding for a bit. Please let us know which of these options works best for you:

    Wait: You can wait about five days for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again here or with another provider. That would give you time to set up your site, too.

    Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice for the domain. Once it’s restored, it will redirect to your free site, or you can point it to another host now and transfer after 60 days. Let us know if you’d like an invoice.

    Purchase an Annual Plan: To host your site here after all, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, then update us here. We can certainly help you get started with the site setup if you’d like, or you can even pay to have the site professionally created for you. Let us know!
