Accidentally cancelled plan

  Hello!

  I’ve accidentally cancelled my plan and removed my domain as well! I was simply trying to downgrade from premium back to the basic plan. Now I cannot re-register the domain name ‘cogitotutoring.com’. What can I do?

  To clarify: I would like to buy back the domain name ASAP. Could a payment request be sent through to me for that?

  Hi there,

  Please go ahead and buy the Personal plan that you wanted to downgrade to, and let me know here once you’ve done that. Then I can reactivate your domain.

  Is it possible for me just to buy the domain back rather than buy a plan?

  I’ve restored the domain to your account.

  If you want to use the domain with your WordPress.com site, we do require a plan.

  But if you plan to point the domain to another provider, I’d be happy to cancel and refund the plan for you, leaving just the domain on your account.
