I accidentally cancelled the domain and my premium plan linked to it. What are the steps to recover the same?

As you also received a full refund when you cancelled, we cannot restore the upgrades to your account.
I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the domain’s renewal again. Once we receive your payment there, we can reactivate the domain on your account.
If you again want a paid plan on your site as well, you can add a new plan at My Site ->Plans.
