Accidentally changed something that made me lose admin access and shut the site down
-
I changed the site url to https from http, thinking maybe that would make it a secure site, but instead when I hit save it totally shut everything down and now I can’t access the site.

Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your @lparkerfamilytree WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Thank you so much for your reply!
The site is familytreechiro.com
It’s the email I thought was the admin email but now it says this email has no sites attached.

I checked your site and found out that it’s hosted by Ionos. So, to fix that URL issue, you need to get in touch with them.
Please note that we’re WordPress.com, a different hosting provider, and can only provide support for sites on our platform.
